Atari 2600 Game Console

The Atari 2600 game system is the system that essentially started it all. It was the first game console that ended up in a lot of households and therefore the Atari brand-name became almost synonymous with playing video games at home. Kids would ask… "Want to go play Atari at my house?"

Some of my favorite games on the Atari 2600 were: Pac-Man, Pitfall!, Missile Command, Demon Attack, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Atlantis, Adventure, River Raid, Kaboom!, Space Invaders.

Yes the ET game was horrible but I still loved it as a kid.

Now the Atari 2600 is a collectors item and there is nothing more fun that inviting friends over and then busting out an old Atari 2600. Your friends will cheer and you will become to coolest person on the planet.
